WHRB-Based Power Plant

2×10 TPH & 1×20 TPH | 8 MW Capacity

Our Waste Heat Recovery Boiler (WHRB) based power plant, which operates with an installed capacity of 8 MW, generates electricity by utilizing flue gases from Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) kilns. This process not only produces power but also promotes energy conservation as it does not require additional fuel. By harnessing waste heat, we not only contribute to energy efficiency but also exemplify our commitment to innovative practices in manufacturing. This approach aligns with industry best practices in sustainability.

AFBC-Based Power Plant

1×35 TPH | 7 MW Capacity

In addition, we operate an Atmospheric Fluidized Bed Combustion (AFBC) boiler-based power plant with an installed capacity of 7 MW, which is designed to efficiently combust low-quality fuels, such as Dolochar—a by-product of the sponge iron manufacturing process. This innovative approach not only reduces waste but also maximizes resource utilization, aligning with our commitment to sustainability. By integrating alternative fuel sources into our operations, we enhance our energy diversification strategy.
